1988 ignition wiring
I just got an 88 f-150 that the ignition was messed up on. someone had pulled the lock cylinder and messed with stuff before I got it. and It had been parked for about ten years. I unplugged the ignition switch off of the top of the column and was just going to jump the wires (eventually with a toggle switch and push button). does anyone know what all the wires from the ignition switch go to? so I know what wires to hook up where. I know that the yellow wires are both power and the red/blue goes to the starter solenoid. I would appreciate any help. the local ford dealership did not have a wiring diagram for it.
