With the intercooler tube... The driver's side has a tendency to rub on the square nut on the power steering pump you'll most likely have to pull the tube to see what I'm talking about check it, fix it and be done with it.

I had a problem with that stupid corrugated plastic wire wrap nearly eating through the right side CAC tube. The heater hose I installed the ball valve in was wrapped in the stuff. You can see the marks on the tube, and it's hard to tell from a photo but it's pretty deep. It wouldn't have been much longer before it went right through.
