Steering Wheel Mounting Bolts

Sorry if this has been asked before...I did a search and couldn't find the answer to my question. My truck has a non-stock steering wheel mounted to what looks like the original "collar" ( I might be using the wrong term). However the 3 bolts that help hold the steering wheel to the collar are not the correct size as they are loose and will not tighten. What size are those bolts supposed to be?

The steering wheel is retained to the splines of the steering shaft with 350983-S nut. There are no bolts of any kind.

You probably have an aftermarket "hub" and wheel. Are the bolts too long and thus the wheel is loose or are they not the correct bolt for the threads in the hub? Remove all the bolts and get a bolt gauge or by trial and error find a bolt that fits properly. Post a picture if you can.

Thank you for the replies...it would seem that the latter is the case. I assume that the hub is aftermarket. Thanks again for the replies.
