Instrument Panel Part Question

I replaced the constant voltage regulator for the instrument panel today and a couple of the contacts on the circuit board where the wiring plugs into it are in bad shape.

I have looked in a couple of catalogs and can't find a replacement. Does anyone know if this is still available anywhere?

Just wanted to follow up on this. Ordered the printed circuit board a couple of weeks ago and finally got a chance to install it yesterday and have working gauges and dashlights now.
