Broke 22 mpg
I went down to the Ozarks this week to help my sister in law and her husband move back. got 17.67mpg on the way down and 22.76 on the way back, running the air and trying to keep it under 2000 rpm.
What really helped on the way home was following my brother-in-law in the U-haul all the way back. He would get going about 75 downhill and be down to 60 at the top of the next. So I pretty much coasted halfway up most of the hills.
Yes that's hand figured, not off the Lie-O-Meter. Just had to get on here and brag.

Indifferent to those who cringe at the P word - my Prius demonstrates one other factor in this that helped with the economy - drafting a U-Haul. The "overhead" on the Prius is very detailed and sensitive, so I can immediately see how different conditions effect economy. You don't have to tailgate to get a good draft-bump in economy. Every time the headwinds hit, I'm hidin' 'hind a heavy hauler.
I've had as high as 19.6 on uninterrupted highway drives while keeping speed uphill and not drafting - your numbers are perfectly viable.

Thanks Rich, I'll have to check that out. You wouldn't happen to know where I can find out which one goes where would you. There is one missing and I'm not sure what size it is. I haven't looked at it for a few weeks, but I think there are 3 different sizes in there.

There are two different sizes. There are three of one size and one of the other - and I "guessed" at which went where, with success. Looking at the orientation of the resistors and the traces on the board, this looks like a couple of voltage dividers. Given the closeness of the values of the resistors, I would hazard an educated guess that their position won't make enough difference to matter.
If somebody has a picture of a board that works, this would be the best answer.
