Hey guys I got a fuel leak from what appears to be behind the alternator bracket area. Just replaced the drain valve a couple days ago, have rebuilt the fuel bowl about a year ago, several new fuel lines, and a new sensor, all were leaking fuel. This leak seems to be coming from behind the alternator and bracketry coming from the front of passenger side head. I know fuel is fed into the back of the heads, is there a fuel line that comes out of the front of the head too? What is there that contains fuel? any advice thank you.
I just did mine here is what i did i cut the old hydralic crimp off pulled the barb and fitting. Bought high pressure fuel line and used hose clamps to secure.
This will give u an idea of what i did

thought I would update this post for anyone in the future,
The line that I thought was leaking I had actually already replaced a few months ago(it was leaking too). It is easily accessible without removing anything.
my fuel rail gallery plug was leaking. it was about 14 bucks (list price) from Ford dealership. There's also an oil plug behind that bracket. The oil plug is 1/2" drive and the fuel plug is 1/4" drive. Remove serpentine belt, remove alternator, remove 3 or 4 bolts holding the bracket on. the fuel plug is lower on the head closer to the exhaust, the oil plug is the large 1/2" drive plug.
dealership actually sold me the oil plug first telling me that it was the fuel plug, so I had to come back and get the fuel plug, the oil plug is about 8 bucks, thats at a list price.
