Dont give up yet. We can get you all fixed up. Fuel is know to leak on these in various places in the valley. Try to get the already leaked fuel cleaned up and then start it and watch for leaks. If its the fuel restriction sensor leaking, it can be taken out and replaced with a plug. Check the lines from the pump to the bowl. They can crack and start leaking. If you have alot of miles on it, its probably a good idea to take the fuel bowl out and replace the orings. All these parts can be bought at riff raff diesel.com or diesel orings.com.

Yeap dont give up. Other sources of leak is the fuel pump and the rotted bottom of the fuel bowl itself, as in my case, I used JW weld and fixed that.

Also agree about to take the fuel bowl out and....

Can also leak out of the back of the heads and front of the heads but if your valley is full its probably one of the above suggestions.

well the filter lid and o rings were replaced when i first saw the leak and the fuel restriction sensor was plugged at the same time. so today i replaced all the rubber hoses but i am wondering how to purge the fuel system since everything drained out?

Fill the bowl up and fire it up.
