Condenser patch
Anybody ever tried JB welding a hole in the "U" pipes on the end of a condenser???

I wouldn't use jbweld. Go to an AC supply house like Johnson Supply or United Refrigeration and get an epoxy made for patching high temp metals. Don't hold out much hope that this will work, I've tried epoxy before on condensors to no avail but it's always worth a try. Sand down the area a little first to give the epoxy something to grab on to and don't press the epoxy into the hole or you will get it inside the system. Make sure you let it cure for the max time because you know what happens otherwise.

Thx for the advice greg.

Any ideas what one would cost out of a junkyard? and what years will work in my truck?

no idea but I'm guessing a new condensor would be a couple hundred bucks at least. Try the junk yard first

try the local radiator shop. they can fix em.
