What engine should I build?

Well, I bought my first project truck, only it doesn't have an engine. I wasn't sure which engine I want to put in it, so I decided to see if you guys could help me out. I'm not really picky, as long as it's a Ford

I was looking for about 400 hp and 400 ft/lbs. Please post what engine you think I should build, what performance parts I should use, and a rough cost estimate.

I was about to build an older FE style engine, then I looked into the 460 and I think it's a better more modern design. Just my $.02
