Is this correct?

My high idle solenoid contacts the throttle at angle. Is this correct or does it need to be straightened. The truck is idling at 800 but 650 is correct after it is warmed up. Currently it is always 800.

To me the braket for the solenoid looks bent. I'm pretty sure my solenoid sits straight.

It leeks to me like someone bent the throttle arm to adjust the idle, rather than than adjust by screwing the plunger in or out.
