Yep, that's the carrier bearing. That one you pictured however says its for a 5.8L truck. I don't know off hand if there is a difference in carrier bearings between the two or not, but you should check before you get one.
Unless you have a gasser truck, then you are on the wrong part of the site if you do. Not a big deal.
The carrier bearing can be a PITA to change. While it's apart, it wouldn't be a bad idea to put a light coating of grease in the slip yoke behind the carrier bearing. My ex girlfriends truck bumped everytime you would take off from a stop and greasing the slip yoke fixed it.. My SD has this same vibration right now. I need to do the carrier bearing and grease the slip yoke soon.
Also check the transfer case mount. I just had my whole rearend done with carrier bearing and balenced drive shaft. At 15 mph there is a slight vibration. The drive line shop also made sure all my angles are right too. They said to replace the transfer case mount and see what that does.
