1956 cowl vent

Hi all, does anyone know what size bolts hold the vent to the arms? There are two on each side. Looks like they might screw in from outside toward the center. Please help, I'm trying to get this thing ready for Power Tour this week. Thanks so much,

I believe they are 1/4", I'll double check when I go out to the shop.
