Howdy Gang. Happy Holiday.
REMEMBER MONDAY WE WILL START OUR "2014 FALL CHAT"
Hope cooler weather will take the hint.
I'm way beyond wishing for high 80s as day time temps. But if like last year 100s through September & into October, then wham 60s for highs. Fall in Bullhead City doesn't exist I believe. It is either hot as heck or cold.
But I guess it really doesn't matter I'm leaving for Ash Fork for a month next weekend. I forgot about that Thank God.

Morn Kermy!
2 hours at the dog park this morning...my dog lies there watching the others play. I get 2 hours to talk to people in the 3 dimensional world! Enjoy your bbqs and outdoor fun...its 108 in the valley today!

Your dog has grown up into a fine looking dog. Yea the dog parks are a trip. My lab when we lived in Yuma & took him to the dog park use to run in find the first ball & bring it to me. Even if he stole it. You meet a lot of people for sure.
Mark how are you feeling? I have a friend in Nevada that has to have transfusions every few months. He doesn't make red blood cells.
My Lab is a service dog for me & a real girl magnet. Good thing Vici isn't the jealous type.

since nothing was found in my colonoscopy and endoscopy, I am hoping it was my diet that caused my problems. Moving back to Az was not as easy as I expected and I got a little careless with my eating habits. I hope to never need a transfusion again, even if I need regular iron supplements by IV. I am feeling much better than a month ago. I have more energy and I am sleeping better. Thanx for asking!

I'm suffering with arthritis in one shoulder. My knees are going to need a possible replacement in time. Getting old is not for the weak.
The "GOLDEN YEARS" are where you have to spend your gold to stay alive. I always wondered why they called it the Golden Years. LOL

Mark lets hope not. But heart stuff is pretty normal stuff these days. It is my left shoulder also. Thank God I'm right handed. Thank God for my wife. I'm so grateful as I get older I have her. Vici is 10 years younger & is in great health. On paper the doctors are always amazed at her condition. My health overall is Good. So I hope we both have some time left.
What brain is left still thinks I'm in my 40s. But my body has to remind what is left of my brain I'm not. It is amazing how your brain lies to you. LOL
