How much boost are you showing? Have you checked all of the inlet tubes to make sure they havent slipped off or are leaking?

Shawn, I took the one off the black one I was going to buy, and cleaned it all up good with carb cleaner. it was stuck solid. Kept after it til I broke it loose, then got it going again. New one was way too much $$$$$$$.
That one was still working when the truck got impounded last week, so it can be cleaned

Good advice.Charlie. I bet a new turbo is a few thousand bucks.

There is a way to check. I saw a video somewhere. You can do a basic check of the vanes through the inlet with a screwdriver.
