I guess so. I think of wear items as clutches and brake pads. Anything to get out of paying I guess. When you going to fix it?

me too.. but i guess theres a diaphram or something in there that shunts oil from one direction to another to move them vanes inside the turbo

prolly just worn out... older turbos used vacuum to actuate them.. newer design uses a solenoid actuator to shift oil flow from one direction to the other...

Good thing they are still making parts. Do they have to do it for what, 10 years?

Nope. Not anymore. Just like everything else the prez got his fingers into, he put the smack down on that too. I only scrap my stuff now, just to get it gone.
