russia is bad for the bump scam. people will pull in front of you and slam on the brakes trying to get you to hit them. because the laws there state (as do alot of states here) that the one behind is at fault during the accident without proof they can sue you for a but load of money... usually these crooks that are pulling this are renting vehicles or using stolen vehicles to pull the scams with. theyll try to cut you a "Bargin" for a quick cash now then ditch the vehicle or proceed to pull it on someone else.

3) me to pay towing and storage
4) me to pay fines ( truck has no tags nor insurance, and has not had property tax in Va paid on it in 2 years

Oh, I already walked away from that truck at $5 k/ I offered him cash. that would have given me 10 k to fix it right, and keep it or sell it for a nice profit
