actually VA has its own rules on it... Anything behind the rear axle can be red... forward of the axle has to be yellow or white.. with the exception of emergency vehicles.. blues are correct being illegal for anything short of a police vehicle.. even blue decal lettering can land you with a fine..

they also have an exception for show vehicles but very sternly warn they can not be on while the vehicles are in motion. If caught theyve attached some hefty fines if caught...

the fines?? goes for any type of "street glow", strobes, ect ect..

interior lighting cant be seen above the bottom of the windows from the outsides with the exception of the dome lights... that one just gets you a ticket with a small fine... sometimes it can be a fix it ticket.. its up to the cop how he/she wishes to write it up... it can even be a public distraction nuisance ticket if they choose to write it up as such...

Too many taxes. I was so happy to get my vehicles and trailers registered in ID vs. VA. No car tax. Just the regular annual registration.

My Challenger was $1200 a year in PP taxes in VA. Screw that.

Yeah tell me about it. I still owe big bucks on my Mercedes E500 that is registered in VA. I hate VA taxes with a passion.

Supposed to pay for road repairs, but VA has the worst roads in the world. Ive driven Humvee's on roads in Iraq that were better than VA roads.
