We have a 2011 E450 cutaway for our RV. I also have an 04 F350 which has a light switch which will allow the fog lights to turn on auto along with rest of lights. Has a pull out feature to turn the fog/running lights on. Can the van be converted with just a switch or what would it take? Also power door locks,it has built in electric locks but no auto lock when driving.
Anyone know what it would take to change these out, a new GEM module or......?

Not sure about your fog light question---not familiar with the F-Series, most likely that feature was not part of the E-Series is my guess.
The auto lock PDL when driving was also not an offered feature of the E-Series. It's possible to create a circuit like aftermarket car alarms with that as a programmable feature but it would require tapping into the gear selector wiring in order to actuate said circuit. Even at that I'm not sure such a think wouldn't interfere with the transmission shifting or engagement function.
I could be wrong on all of the above but have never seen these sorts of features mentioned as being part of the E-Series.
