Where would I find?
I am going to add factory fog lights to my F350 and noticed it was an option in 2000 but my truck did not come with them. If it was an option would the truck already have the wires up to the bumper? If they are there where exactly should I look? Any help would be great.

I'm not sure on the F350, but my F250 Lariat did not have the wiring for the fogs. The light switch would pull out like it is supposed to for the fog lights, but it is just a dummy switch. There aren't any hookups for the fogs on the switch.
I looked at getting an '02 switch, but the wiring harness is different.
I just wired my fogs up to an external switch, and tied the relay into my parking lights. This way, I can leave my fog light switch on all the time, but they will not come on until I turn the parking or headlights on.
By the way, the cost of the factory fog lights is way too high. I strongly recommend getting after market lights that will fit into the factory location. They are usually brighter and look better. (The '00 fog light kit from the factory has the older fog lights that don't look as good as the '02 and up)
