I'm wrong.

Unlike others, I can man up to that.

Here's the issue with my 70.. it has a broken pin on the driver's side but I robbed a passenger side pigtail from a donor whose driver's door was crashed closed. Well, it wouldn't swap easily on the driver side cuz there are a total of three wires on the driver's pigtrail and two wires a the passenger side.

The plungers/switches themselves are the same.

Hmm odd must go to the over head cab light.
My 71 don't have what looks like a sex changed smaller socket pin.
It's just a Custom cab model..

Good Man Hio.
I might be able to come up with the pin. With a little bit o' wiring already connected. Ford has a few sets of cabinets with drawers full of various ones. My r/s is pretty busted up so I'll swipe one this weekend and bring it in here to work to match it up.

Both the right and left sockets w/wiring were available by themselves.

C8TZ-13A709-B .. Feed Wire-Courtesy & Cargo Lamp / ID: C8TB-14334-A / 1968/72 F100/350 / Obsolete ~ 10 are available NOS

There are other 13A709's, including one for the R/S listed for 1970.

Well I'll be darned. Who da thunk there'd be NOS wiring out there not all scooped up. I didn't even look since it's for MY OWN truck! LOL! Thanks Bill. I sure am glad we're both fighting out of the same corner.......
