Temporary rough idle?
I have an 04 F350 with almost 200k. Just had the low and high pressure oil pumps replaced, and IPR rebuilt. Mechanic also checked a lot of other stuff. Truck is running nice, except every once in a while when I let off the throttle it idles really rough. Almost chugging. If I shut the truck down and restart, it goes away. Sometimes it goes away on it's own.
Only seems to happen sporadically, and only when it is hot. I had a bit of cold stiction with my injectors prior to fixing my FICM, and this feels different than that. Any idea what's causing this?
