Got a broken stud, Heres a tip. I use to remove many broken screws from avionics boxes in the navy. We would use a dremel tool with carbide dental burrs. They come is different sizes. They work great. However comma, You need to use some kind of coolant and let the cutter work don't force it. you can play with the rpm, what ever work best just try and not let it get to hot, Or you will be digging out carbide. Try MSC for a supplier if no luck you can email me thru the system email.
