The three codes are all for electrical circuit faults. It would be an amazing coincidence if all three electrical parts failed at the same time. It isn't uncommon for a wiring harness to get three circuits damaged at the same time. Your problem is almost certainly in the wiring.
Check the harness from the connector on the passenger's side of the trans to the PCM AND from the the turbine speed sensor on the top, front of the trams to the PCM.
