I rebuilt the transmission it's a 4r75w it's a 2010, I don't have any forth gear, I replaced the valve body and it's the same thing, it's slips in forth. Can the plantery set up affect this if one isn't isn't the original?

If a planetary is bad you won't have any gears, not just some gears. I don't know the 4R70W well enough to give you any specific help. If you go down to the Clutch & Transmission forum there are some 4R70W experts there that can tell you exactly what's wrong.
