Spark Plug Questions

I run a 2150 1.08 Motorcraft carb on my 302 with a torque cam and a mild intake. I pulled plugs today to check for good color and the center electrode was white and the ground electrode was gray. Is that an ok color to run or should I switch to richer jets? The carb has either 51 or 57 jets in it right now(cannot tell whether its a 1 or a 7????)

This is after running it how long ? That reading shows the mixture is right on, or slightly lean. Unless you're having other issues with it, leave it be.
