Slight change of plans, I will be leaving tomorrow night instead of tonight to get the C10. Just spoke to the guy who is selling it, and he wants me to pick it up Friday morning at 8am instead of Thursday as he has a bunch of stuff to move in order to get it out of the driveway. Friday works better for me anyway, and I notified the buyer and he is cool with it also.

Yes, just like eBay, but instead of bidding higher, I bid lower. I think I got this bid because the destination is 15 miles from my home. I have a search saved on U-Ship that notifies me every 24 hours what vehicles are up for shipping in California, and I check them to see if they are something I can do. Some times the vehicle to be towed is too big for my trailer, or it is an RV. I don't bid on those, because I don't have an adapter for the RV plug yet. Sometimes they are just tows in the same city like LA to LA, well I am not going to drive down to LA just to deliver to LA, so I don't bid on those either. I usually bid on tows that either start or end in a city near Fresno.

Good to hear you have a little cash in your pocket Jim. I just finished my last final today. Chemistry brutalized me but I passed. Now onto building a deck to drink beer on for the summer.

Congrats Rick I bet your glad not to have a pin in your hand for a few, and building a deck and drinking Beer is hard work, I find that I get up a lot to get the beer then you have to Open the Beer , so not did You just build a deck you got your exercise in too
