I finally got the call from the Durham County Sheriff's office yesterday that I've been waiting for. After 94 day's (but who's counting), I get to pick up my CCW.
Now I hear that we have a gun and knife show this weekend too.

Y'all be safe

Unk Bob

Good Morning Everybody!

Jeff. The boss gave the wrong employee the day off, so I have to tend to the car lot today.

I had to order the donut for the Dodge, so I guess I'll do that tomorrow. It sure will be nice to have a quiet truck that doesn't rattle incessantly when you start it.

Now that the maintenance is done, I can get back on the projects. I have to pull the engine and trans back out of the '57 and switch the vehicles around in the shop. Hopefully I can move Bandit under it's own power soon.

.....and this week's feature story:

How to completely restore a truck in one month, with RC Plumley.

I wish I had your gusto, RC. Yeah, I said it. You're putting me to shame over there.

I haven't looked at the new one again. I'll try to get that done today. They only have one in stock. Kind of a "use this or nothing" universal deal. I just want to see if it has the correct ends on it. Otherwise, I'll hit the junkyard and grab one.

Afternoon All!

Slow day at the car lot. I washed two cars and put an O2 sensor in so far.

The grocery store in town bought a smoker and started selling BBQ in the deli. YUM! Two pulled pork sandwiches for $5.00. I just polished off two of them and now my tummy is happy!

Well home at last, they finally got her blood pressure under control and released her...waiting game on the biopsy results.

Heading to the shop to do at least something truck related.

Evening All!

Just got back from our monthly grocery shopping excursion. We should be set for a while now. I want to go up and check out the gun show tomorrow morning before I get involved with anything at the shop.
