I have a 2001 7.3 f350. It's a great truck but when it's cold it hesitates when you push throttle and flashes service engine soon. As soon as it gets to temp the problem stops and truck runs fine. It read boost sensor a . After reading post on a few sites I thought it might be map sensor so I installed a new one with no success. Any suggestions

Try posting this on the 7.3 litre part of this site. There are lots of experts and lots of opinions and lots of things for you to try. How old is your oil? Age does affect viscosity. Also, when you next get on here, include any modifications you have made, tuning etc. Larry
