Hydra question?

I got me a Hydra Thursday. I got a great deal on it. It came with a computer disk for instructions instead of the USB thumb drive. I have not been able to figure out how to get the CD to run. Are there any instructions for the display posted any where? I'm just trying to adjust the brightness of the led number display. Otherwise I like the setup. It will be great to try other peoples tunes without pulling the chip and sending it out all the time. My new tunes are way smoother and quieter and less aggressive (super clean almost no smoke) than my previous tunes (smoked any time you got on it and idoled like a Harley). My previous tunes were great for performance and sounded tough, not so great for economy. I am ordering some more tunes from someone else to try on Monday. The Hydra is a nice setup except for the cable on the bottom of the switcher, it doesn't bother me, but I could see if you wanted a perfect clean install look it may be an issue.

There's not much on the thumb drive, other than links to the PHP website to download HydraFlash or read the manual.

Hold the left button down for a couple of seconds. I don't remember the exact sequence, but holding that button down and fidgeting with the left button afterwards has always gotten my displays dimmer.

I know... not my usual precise directions. I'm resting after installing automatic irrigation systems in the front and back yards. No leaks (so far).
