351M header help with AC

What is the best way to install the header on the passenger side? I'm thinking I am going to have to remove the fan box for the AC, my next question is how do you remove this ?

Do you have the headers in hand? Can you pull the starter, jack the motor up, drop the header in, bolt up the starter, and then mount the header?

Yes I've already put the drivers side on, so I need to unbolt the motor from booth mounts and jack it up?

Yes I would try that. Had to do that to get mine in my sig truck. may have to loosen or remove transmission mount to get enough flex as well. I don't think I had to remove my starter, but it should give you more room. I have a small block ford though.

Yes drop the starter, maybe jack the motor, that outer box just not come off as easy as you want.

Looks like you are not using the heater core or a/c anyway, remove it and put in a none a/c box. Heater box only fits inside cab. And make the hole smaller and then easier to drop them headers in.

Here is what is in that side of the box.

We'll only reason the heater lines are disconnected is because I was Repairing a leak in the lines and I would like to get the AC a going again so I think I'll try to keep it all there for the time being but if I decide that it's to much trouble I will definitely consider it thanks for the info.
