Well finally did the window felt kit. What a PITA!! Installation was simple but getting the hard concrete like rubber out was a chore. The old rubber broke out in pieces about the size of your thumb nail. Removed regulator and dropped window in bottom of door (removed bolts for track and screw below vent window) I cannot believe how tight the window is now. I posted this question thinking the kit was going to be rails like in the 50's trucks. Was simple but having orig. rubber in the tracks made it a chore. Took about 2 hours each side to remove rubber about 5 min to install new kit. and 10 min to get window in track and all buttoned up.

Did ya doing the wind wing seal. If not the don't bother with them. The ones, I got from DC fit about as bad as the 40+yr ones shrunken one. The side lip part of the seal still left gaps between seal & wing door seal area where seal is suppose to be sealing wing did not even come close to call it fair.. What a waste of time & money for a poor fitment of that seal..
