So I i put a quart in on my next fill up I should be good to go?! And it'll clean the injectors well? Will it also make it roll coal? Lol

No coal. It may take a second tank to finish the job, but you will notice a difference even on the first tank.

As others have said it is quite possible the add to gas cleaners/additives don't do much. That said I started using Lucas fuel additive with my '08 6.4 diesel engine and have been using it in everything else (gas engines) since. Try to run about 8 oz at each fill up. Don't know if it helps or not but I haven't had any problems (knock on wood) since I've been using it. It has a great reputation among the diesel crowd... Not sure it it would actually clean fouled injectors but I believe it helps keep functioning ones running strong and will continue using it in all of my vehicles.
