'13 Oil Life display question

How do I change the Oil Life display to show a percentage? The owner's manual isn't very clear on this. Presently it shows "OK" until it wants an oil change. The bride's '13 Explorer shows the Oil Life as a %.

I haven't figured that one out either after reading the manual and supplement both from cover to cover. My 2010 F-150 showed percentage, but this one only shows ok. However, when I did my VHR, the report showed my oil life at 40%.

it does not give a % best I can figure. If you ask for a vehicle health report the % will be on that though.

No vehicle health report available except on trucks with sync, lowly XL's don't get and maybe not bottom rung XLT's either.

The 6.2L (2011 version, at least) had the percentage countdown. I was a bit disappointed that the diesel didn't have the same capability.

Yeah weird that the Chassis Cab 6.7 Powerstrokes and the 6.2 gassers have the oil life percentage. Honestly though, I don't really care whether my oil life is 54% or 53% it is insignificant to vehicle operation. The truck isn't going to go kaboom at 10km over oil change interval.
