I have got the radiator blues. I bought a pre owned 2012 f250 and in less then a week I have coolant on the ground. left front. it has 60000 miles on it and i am already having to dump money in it. not cool. i called ford customer service to see what they can do. right now he just took my info. i will probably have to park it. it there are a lot of trucks with same issue.

I've got the same thing going on right now I'm looking into other options i don't want to get another oem radiator since i have to pay out of pocket
Radiator is only covered under the 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty, so unfortunately you are going to be out of luck with ford, unless your dealer will help you out.
I'm in the same boat.
Looks like if your truck doesn't have this leak now, it's only a matter of time before it does.

I'd like to look into this, tomlauten. PM me your case number, if you have it. If not, PM me your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and servicing dealership. I'll check out ways to help.
I would like to thank crystal and the ford customer team for their help, also my local ford dealer. ford and the dealer paid all but three hundred on the radiator repair. thanks

Great news, tomlauten! I'm glad I was able to help. Don't hesitate to contact me if I can help in the future.
Went in for my oil change like the monitoring system said to...37,800+/- miles on it and they come and get me to show me a radiator leak! Yep...front drivers side just like all the others.
It was low on anti-freeze, but not enough to trigger a warning. They said at the dealer they had seen a few of these. Now I read of this problem all over the place including this forum. Have contacted Ford about it and they have offered a deal with splitting the bill, but I seen now it is a known problem that should have been addressed. Hope they can fix this, between this and a sensor going out at 25,000 miles and leaving me and my 83 yr old dad stuck along the road waiting for a tow truck and someone to come drive us 30 miles home, I'm starting to second guess my truck choice! Love the truck, but beginning to worry. ugh.
