how do i id my frame
I have a 64 f100 2wd body on a later model 4x4 frame, that is all I know. I have looked for the frame numbers I was told were on the passenger side and cant find any. is there any other way to figure out what year it is. it has a high pinion dana 44 with disc brakes in front and a 9 inch rear with drums. 351 m and a c6 transmission. any help would be greatly appreciated.

The VIN "was" stamped twice, long ways (about 1/8" high) on the top of the passenger side frame rail, once about where the front axle crosses under, and again under the cab at the factory.
Sometimes the front one can be hard to dig out, but are/were there. You might have to use a mirror on a stick with a light.
