Hi im having an issue with my 2004 f350 6.0 powerstroke. It starts just fine then I drive it for a while and it gets warmed up but ounce I turn it off I cant start it back up until its cooled down. Is there anyone that knows what this could be?

It is likely a HPO leak. Do you have any gauges that read live data? Like the scan gauge II or one of the smartphone apps like Dashboss for IOS devices or torque pro for android? They are absolutely necessary for diagnosing these trucks. Do you know if your ICP sensor is in the passenger side valve cover?
I have the trans/ pyrometer/ and boost guages im running an edge programmer that im getting codes from im getting a couple injector codes and a FICM code! I detached the icp sensor and attached an airline and did not find any leeks in the HPOP so I replaced the fuel filters and the problem went away for about a week and a half but started doing it again then I was told I might have an algae in my tank.

With the history of the 6.0L and the fact that it is a no start hot indicates a HPO leak, that is why we need live data to know for sure. Will your edge show you ICPV's, ICP pressure and IPR%? And how did the lower ( primary ) fuel filter look when you changed it out?
No it does not have any of those I dont believe that something I would have to check into bur the bottom fuel filter had a slimy jelly looking coating all over the filter and I had just replaced thay one about 1 month prior.

How cold is it where you are? Did the gelled substance on the filter have any color to it? You could pull the primary filter and see if the gelled stuff has returned. But I would expect that if it were a plugged fuel filter it would have a hard time starting when it's cold not hot
Its white. And thats what I would think too but ive changed that fuel filter twice and each time the problem went away for about a week or two both times! I havent heard of this before and my sisters boyfriend is a diesel mechanic and has no clue as to what it could be but its about 40 to 50 degrees.

Do you get your fuel at a high volume station? The fuel shouldn't be gelling at those temps. Are you using bio-diesel? Are you using any anti-gel treatment? If not you should be during the wintertime, just make sure whatever you use does not contain alcohol. Look into powerservice 911, if you are gelling that should take care of that problem and I would change where you are buying your fuel.
