08 Lincoln Navigator Window Initialization
Have 2008 Lincoln Navigator. Replaced RF (front passenger) window regulator. Successfully deinitialize window. Followed instructions to initialize, but no avail. I'm using the key to OFF (1st position)/RF door open. Key to ON (2nd position) while RF door still open. Auto down and hold until window is all the way down holding for 2 sec. Wait 3 sec. Auto up and hold until window is all the way up holding for 2 sec.
Does anybody here have a different instruction set?

Same instructions I have. You could try waiting a little longer than 3 sec. between DOWN with stall and the UP until stall as the instructions say "a minimum of 3 sec".
There have been a few people that have tried the initialization procedure and it hasn't worked.

Yeah, I searched for this topic, but only a few leads. If a phone call to service dept doesn't get me an answer, I'm not going to actively pursue a solution. Auto window isn't a must-have, although the manual says something about the function being a safety feature in case I ever have my melon head stuck between the window frame, the window will bounce back.
