Yet another error code - P0455

I have yet another error code. P0455.............Anyone have this one before? I'm going to guess that this is a result of a new problem I just picked up on Monday. When I completely fill the gas tank, it over flows from under the car somewhere. The fill hose couldn't have come loose since it doesn't gush out until the tank is completely full.

Yet another error code - P0455

I had this same code on my 98 and it turned out to me a broken vacuum hose in the engine bay. On the Driver side right above the brake booster there is a small valve with a tag on it that says EVAP (this is from memory). There is a valve there with an electrical plug and a hard vacuum hose attached to the underside. well, on my it was broke off near the throttle body. I fixed the vacuum hose, reset the computer and its been running fine ever since. The Hose goes to a distribution block on the other side of the engine, and since I did not want to replace the entire hose, I just fixed it with a soft vacuum hose where it broke. been fine ever since.
