Torque specs for everything under VC?

Hi Folks
Getting ready to do glow plugs, harness's, and Valve cover gaskets on my 2000 Excursion. I have heard you should re torque everything under the vc's while you are there. Can someone tell me what to re torque and the specs ?

20ft pounds on the rocker arms. 120 in pounds on the injector hold downs. Lately I've been seeing guys say 130 on injectors.

Thanks Guys! Any need to do the 50 cent thing with new harnesses? I guess its best to not touch the head bolts?

If it is the updated harness which I'm assuming it should be then need for the 50cent mod.

Yeah, don't touch the head bolts. You'd have to pull the injectors to get to some of them anyhow.

I really don't think you need the 50cent modd with new harness. But I did it anyways but it actually ends up a 30cent modd. Because you need to grind off some from each side of quarter to get a nice fit. Or that is what worked the best for me. I believe overkill is a good thing, might be a waste of time. But then again what if it isn't a waste of time.
