Without a turbo it's too loud to drive with for more than a couple days IMHO. A straight thru muffler will still have a cool sound but not too loud.
With a turbo, I hope 4" exhaust to 5" tip sounds good with no muffler because that is my plan going ahead.
the turbo cuts the pulses of the exhaust, my brothers 4inch was maybe 5 feet long, no muffler and was loud, but it is a pusher mo home and its 35+ feet away from driver so was ok inside the rig but in a truck application, a stack might be annoying, but out the back might be tolerable.
