4.9L spring project perils

1991 F150 4.9L I6 EFI. 4X4 SHORTBOX E4OD 180k

So I aquired the truck awhile ago to fix up and I just pulled the codes through the CEL, now what made me pull the codes is terrible shifting behavior and I thought the mlps would be to blame and wanted to see what else came up as the truck has problems for sure, for starters it shifts like a mule kicked the tailgate and gives me whiplash or if I finesse the throttle aka wide open she shifts perfect. Shifting from park gives me a major metal clank worn u joints? Transfer case?. Also it likes to shift early and late whatever it feels at the time also after a shift or during acceleration it bogs down as if its choking and if I tap the throttle it regains its composure and revs fine. Boy on paper this trucks sounding to be a heap. Dont worry though I got it practically free. So all I changed so far is the tps, plugs wires, selenoid, starter, battery. Now when these problems dont arise its smooth sailing she loves the highway but stop and go aggravates the insanely hard shifts if I forget or cant throttle through the shift.

But heres the codes I pulled.
116-OUT OF RANGE ECT
636-TOT SWITCH OUT OF RANGE
126-MAP VOLT. ABOVE SPEC
114-OUT OF RANGE IAT SENSOR/VOLT. AIR CHARGE TEMP SENSOR
334-ELECTRONIC VACUM REGULATOR
113-HI VOLT. AIR CHARE TEMP SENSOR/IAT
633-??? MLP???NDS???
462-??VSS??
812-????
998-HARD FAULT? ECT/ACT/MAF/TPR CIRCUIT

I understand next steps fixing them all but im just looking for input thoughts and ideas on my situation and to clarify these codes as some im unsure of after referring to several lists. Sorry for the long post but its better than "my truck sucks you got help?"

This is the progress so far on taking down the front end, I am removing the front bodywork for a few reasons. First I have a nice donor fender to replace the rotted out original. Secondly while the front end is off I can re grease re gasket replace and religiously clean EVERYTHING. Clean parts are happy parts. And lastly my body mounts are smashed in like old cupcakes and need to be replaced

Heres a pic of the body mounts. And also an excessive amount of oil to the right hand (rear) of the oil filter. Im unsire if its spraying or leaking from the filter or if ill find a crack there. Any thoughts before I scrub it all away?

Check the lifter cover and oil pressure sender as being possible oil leak culprits.

Looks like it might be filter change time. Make sure to use a Motorcraft filter.

With all of the over range codes, start checking all grounds to the frame, body and ECU. Also check for any damaged wiring too.

That oil leak is a common area for the 300 I6 to leak at(side cover and/or valve cover), do not pressure wash with a hard jet as the gaskets are weak and will probly blow out under a pressure washing!

Dude.......looks like you need more than body mounts.........with the electrical issues.........the amount of rusted away sheetmetal shown in your body mount pic...........I would start checking grounds.....

Thanks for the help so far guys very much appreciated to get others views on the problems. Had one good day and then ice cold and rain since. And ya that sheetmetal is all being replaced the mounts themselves arent that bad just surface rust I was showing how bad the metal was ontop which is just terrible. But I didnt even think about bad grounds giving me the sensor codes I was thinking a bad alternator, thanks for the hot tip. Hopefully this week brings better weather so I can continue my precious work lol.as for the oil leak I wasnt gonna pressure wash any of it out of fear of vacum leaks or electrical problems I planned on just degreasing foam and using a bucket and rags wire brush etc. to clean as much as I could
