E4OD Slow Forward Engagement

E4OD Slow Forward Engagement
Good morning,
Vehicle we are discussing is:
1994 F-250HD, 7.3L IDI, E4OD Automatic, Supercab Long Bed, 335K on Odo, transmission last rebuilt at 250k.
Trans was rebuilt by me in 2008 when the truck had about 250k on it. Since then it has been running great except for the last few hundred miles. At first startup when cold, the truck is slow in any forward gear, instant engagement in reverse though. This is symptom gets worse the lower the ambient temperature. After trans is warm, it jumps right into gear. Fluid has been changed every 30k.
There is no flashing OD light. Only diagnosis I have done so far is read the pressures, they are as follows. All are in the speced range according to the ford service manual.
IDLE STALL
P 55
N 55
R 100 250
D 55 170
2 55 170
1 90 170
Let me know what you think or what the best way to proceed may be.
Thanks,
Kevin
