Could be the cam sensor or the tps
If you have cruise control you can set it to see if it stops doing it. If it does then the tps is acting up.
Are you can use a multimeter to check the voltage while slowly pushing the go pedal to check for dead/weak spots
My 95 was doing that too, for quit some time. I thought i was getting a shot of water or something but now it is dying going down the highway! I throw it in neutral, turn it off, restart it and keep going. Sometimes it does it once sometimes it does it several times but then all of a sudden its like it gets it out of its system and it just runs like normal. Making me crazy! It started friday night and seems to be getting progressively worse. I will change the cam sensor. Mine doesn't do it at idle...

I think so also. I just had it replaced over christmas (went out christmas day) but i will check with my mechanic to see if he put in an after market. Not the way he usually does things but always trying to help me keep my expenses down. Thank you very much.

I had an issue similar to this a couple years ago. Couldn't figure it out so took it down to the local dealer. They found a tube, can't remember the name or use, caked full/blocked with carbon. Once they fixed it, no more problems
