I have a 1996 f250 powerstoke. I have coolant overflowing out of the de-gas bottle under the cap. I have replaced the cap and did not fix it.. it leaks about 1-2 gallons only when warm. Do I have bad injector cups or ???? Any help would be great!!!!
If it smells like diesel, bad injector sleeves.
If the liquid that runs out of the bottle and under the truck has a pretty rainbow tint to it, bad injector sleeves.
If it spews out coolant when warm, and is visibly lower in volume when cold, I'd say bad head gasket or something. If level stays up all the time AND overflows, I'd say bad sleeves.
Yes it is a lot lower when cold. Abd the heat Only works when I add coolant but then it all pisses out. Is the injector sleeve the same as an injector cup??? If not what is it?? Sorry Im new to powerstrokes. It only has 190,000miles

Then you may have a t-stat issue. It sounds like it gets too hot and boils out some coolant.
I'd get a new t-stat from Ford (skip the parts store crap) and see if that helps.
Drop the old one in a pot of hot water on your stove with a thermometer in it and watch what it does at what temp.
