Chrome bumper damage

Recently, I scraped up my bumper on a rock wall, and rust is beginning to appear. I have waxed the area to keep the rust down, but is there any product that I can use for touch-up? Thanks much.

If your ok the way it looks minus the rust,then clean the rust off with some fine steel wool & spray a little clear over the spot.
