I drove the Excursion today. No issues. While it was running I wiggled/pulled/moved the wires and sensor, no change in the way she ran. I did notice while I was cranking her to start that my IPR was ~ 33, ICP ~ 1200 but my ICV was .23 ( or something close. Then when it started the ICV went .7+ real quick.
Normal IPR Values
koeo =14.84 low= 24 high2500 rpm =40.60
The ICP needs 540 psi to start anything lower might be the sensor
the ICPV at koeo=0.2 low=1.0 high=1.5 if ICPV is bouncing around and getting wack values there is a short or wire chaff .
I found a new international ICP sensor and pigtail shipped for $100 on EBay so I am just going to replace both. Cheap enough to try. I'll keep you updated on the outcome. Thank you for all the help.
