I have a 99 EB Expedition. I picked up a wireless keyfob on ebay
but didn't receive instruction on how to program. Can anyone describe the procedure or direct me to an appropriate site as I haven't had any luck trying to find the specific information through google, dogpile, etc?
I just pulled up the PDF file, on page 69, it states that the additional remotes, along with the original, must be taken to the dealer for reprogramming.

Thanks very much for the help!
When I did my 97, it went like this: Insert ignition key, and turn the ignition switch from "off" to " run" 8 times in a row (do not start the motor). The door locks will then cycle automatically. Then press a button on the new remote (lock or unlock). The new remote should now work. Check to see if all the buttons work, and if your original remote works. If some of the buttons do not work, try pressing each button individually when programming. I have also heard that you may have to cycle the key 10 times instead of 8. Try these before going to the stealership..........
RTP is correct. When I bought my used 99 EB, the dealer gave me several extras and I was able to program them using the method described above. No need to pay the darn dealer!
This method is right but if you have multiple remotes they must all be programed at the same time. Key on and off till the locks cycle, leave the key on then push any button on each remote in turn then turn off the key. Up to 4 remotes.
