how do I remove aluminum trim 69 f100?

You can lift and release some of the trim clips, but at the ends you will probably find they have a stud with a nut on the back.
If it is for the bedside trim, look inside the bed, towards the end of the trim pieces and see if there are rubber or plastic hole covers, remove those, use a deep socket and remove the nuts.
Hope this helps.

front fenders have bolts at front back , front one you reach up in fender well back one with door open .
doors have bolts front and rear (once again doors open )
bed has hidden bolts front rear , normally covered with a once rubber plug that is now hard as rock and crumbles to pieces when you try to remove it .
also be warned the clips like to break being 40+ years old .
