Is there any tricks to removing the alluminum trim on the side of 65 custom cabs? Do you have to remove the nuts inside the bed etc. or is there a way to remove the trim without taking the clips off?
In my opinion as mention by Allen is to remove the trim by the removing the nuts, the clips holding the trim on are very sensitive due to a fine piece of wire than puts tension on the inner edge of the trim to help hold the peices in place. I personnelly beleive its the easiest trim to remove. Far better than 70's style trucks when it comes to removal.
