7.3 engine clatter

7.3 engine clatter
I have a 2002 7.3 powerstroke. Replaced cam sensor and fuel pump. The clatter got better after the fuel pump but the truck dies as soon as you let out on the clutch. The ICP was also replaced. Any suggestions as to what the cause could be. The sensor cam sensor is from international. Any answers would be helpful.
